Kalei started with our company as a Recruiter. She currently holds a BA in Psychology from Appalachian State University -- Class of 2021. Kalei is currently pursuing her MS in Mental Health Counseling at NC A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. Her current role in the company is overseeing all operations of our Eden/Stoneville, NC Division. She handles the marketing, sales, community involvement, invoicing, and payroll administration. She is also responsible for overseeing the supervision of worker's compensation, insurance benefits, safety orientations, new-hires, and recruiting.

Monica has an extensive professional background in assisting Spanish-speaking job applicants with their unique employment needs. From recruitment, and throughout the hiring process, Monica works diligently to bridge the communication gaps that our Spanish-speaking population may face. Monica goes above and beyond to match all of our job applicants to the best job opportunities that match their skill-level and specific needs. Monica is great at recruiting, hiring, and conducting New-Hire Orientation and Safety Trainings. She is also able to assist our newly-hired associates with enrollment into our health insurance program. Monica is also Flagger Instructor Certified and conducts all of our Flagging Certification Courses.

Kayla is the first face you see when you enter the office, and you will always be greeted with a smile. She specializes in recruiting top talent for our new and recurring job opportunities. She was a NC Scholar Athlete, member of STEM, and a Varsity Cheerleader. Autumn is attending RCC and will transfer in August to UNC-Charlotte, where she will continue working to obtain a business degree.
